Service Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by South Coast Portables — Site Services (“Company”) to the Customer (“Client”) listed on the invoice. By accepting delivery of equipment, scheduling service, or paying this invoice, Client agrees to the following:
1. Equipment & Services Provided
Company will provide the equipment and services listed on the invoice, which may include portable restroom units, ADA units, handwash stations, restroom trailers, temporary fencing, waste servicing and cleaning, and restocking of supplies. Service includes pumping, cleaning, sanitation, and paper restock at the frequency listed on the invoice or service schedule.
2. Billing Terms
All rentals are billed on a 28–30 day billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Payment is due by the due date shown on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to late fees. Additional service calls, unit relocation, damage repair, or emergency service may result in additional charges.
3. Minimum Service Term
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the minimum rental term is one billing cycle. Service automatically renews until cancelled in accordance with Section 9.
4. Delivery & Site Access
Client agrees to provide safe truck access to all equipment, keep units accessible during scheduled service hours, and place units on stable ground. If access is blocked or unsafe, Company may skip service and charge for a return visit.
5. Equipment Care & Responsibility
While equipment is on site, Client is responsible for theft, vandalism, fire damage, neglect, misuse, graffiti, and damage caused by third parties. Normal wear and tear excluded. Replacement or repair costs may be billed to Client.
6. Health & Safety
Only Company employees or representatives may service equipment. Hazardous or unsafe conditions may delay service.
7. Liability
Company carries general liability insurance. Client agrees Company is not responsible for business interruption, site delays, third-party misuse, weather-related issues, or access issues preventing service. Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice amount paid for the affected billing period.
8. Additional Service & Emergency Calls
Unsanitary or overloaded conditions caused by excessive use may require extra service visits billed at the current service rate. Emergency calls are subject to availability.
9. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel service with 7–30 days written notice (depending on agreement). Early pickup does not guarantee prorated refunds unless otherwise stated.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Acceptance
Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms by signing a service agreement, scheduling service, accepting delivery, or paying an invoice.
